Opulence Member Firm, IPCO Development, had the pleasure of working on the IPCO Mixed-Use Project.
IPCO is a joint venture project including United Group and Summit Enterprise (Two of the most prominent group of companies in Bangladesh). IPCO is a construction venture to construct One of the Largest project now in Dhaka- 'Airport Village' (right next to Shahjalal International Airport).
IPCO Developments Ltd. oversees the Construction and Logistic works and IPCO Hotels Ltd. takes care of the Management and Legal issues.
The 'Airport Village' complex contains seven buildings: One 400 room 5-Star Hotel, One 270 room 4-Star Hotel, One Retail Shopping with 700 shops, cinema hall etc. One 4,000sqm Banquet hall with 12-story office One 12-storey Parking-cum-office building and a labyrinth of underground service capabilities.
An ultra prime mixed used development consisting of two IHG hotels, lifestyle retail consisting of over a thousand outlets, country club and themed areas make up the entire footprint of IPCO.
